The last sake of the year 2025 was a local sake from Okayama that was given to me at my parents' house. This sake is made from Omachi rice and brewed in Omachi's cold spring. It has a soft aroma and a refreshing taste for Omachi rice, making it easy to drink. It was served with Yose-nabe (a Japanese hot pot) topped with yellowtail shabu-shabu.
