It's October and it was hot, over 30℃💦. I had to hold off on drinking for a while because of exams, so I opened a bottle for the first time in a while. I was afraid to spurt it out so I had it opened and poured it into a glass. The bubbles are from the secondary fermentation of sake and the color is slightly cloudy. The aroma is slightly sweet from the rice and pear-like acidity. A slight carbonation spreads in the mouth, like champagne but with the umami of rice, delicious 🥂. It went well with dice steak and potato tempura☺️. High acidity sake with white malted rice Alcohol content 12 degrees 720㎖ ¥2,127
