We had it on New Year's Day in a glass of wine as recommended. You can fully enjoy the sweetness and umami of the rice. I think it tastes better when it is a little closer to room temperature than when it is right out of the refrigerator. I am very satisfied with the sake that I opened after waiting for the New Year. 100% Yamada-Nishiki, 45% rice polishing ratio.
