Another sake purchased at the end of the year at Kanmei Shuzo.
The aroma was a bit more subdued than that of the Junmai Daiginjo, but not by much.
The Daiginjo had a sense of sizzle, but this Junmai Ginjo did not.
This sake was also delicious.
