Today's second bottle is... my first, a Haneya from Toyama ✨.
When you open the bottle, it has a slightly fruity ginjo aroma 🍎.
The first sip has a nice balance of sweetness and umami with a refreshing mouthfeel🙆.
The aftertaste is also quite sharp ✨.
I was expecting a little bit of piquancy since it was a draft sake, but... nothing at all 😅.
This Haneya is delicious, but... if I wanted, I might want a little more character 😅.
On the other hand, it can be drunk anywhere before, after, and during meals 😁 (strong fruity element, so not suitable for dishes with strong flavors).
It's just my personal opinion, but I think this Haneya has a stronger fruity flavor than the Masakamiyo I drank in the past because it has more characteristics 🤔❓.
I'm not sure if I'm making a dry comment because I've been drinking too much sake breweries with good costumers and my taste buds have simply become discerning 😓.
ps...to all Sake-no-wa users, this is just my "personal" opinion...please understand.
Day 2 note: 🗒️
The flavor is better than the first day ⤴️😏.
At the same time, you may feel a little pungency in the aftertaste....
In general, I guess I'm a day 2 guy 🤔.
