Togakushi Special Junmai Namaizume. There were some namaizake (unpasteurized sake) at the front of the house, but I bought the namaizake because it might get too hot. In the end, I drank it as it was, so I should have kept it unpasteurized. I heard stories about how they make it once a year with rice from the Togakushi area, so I saw buckwheat flowers and ears of rice that were nearly golden, and I felt something other than the taste of the rice, which was delicious. Autumn is coming soon.
