The first spring has long passed, but we finally opened a bottle of Momoten.
When the cover was removed, the crown came off with a bang. It didn't spill, but bubbles floated on the surface, just like sparkling wine.
First, the top clear. The aroma was like muscat, and the taste was fruity with a clean aftertaste.
Then, mix in the folds. The fruity flavor was the same as before, but with the added flavor of rice. Since it was served with takkangmari, the latter was more to my liking.
