Morishima山田錦 純米吟醸
komeko
When I drank Miyamanishiki Junmai-shu, I had the impression that it was rather dry and a good food sake.
This time, it was a Yamada Nishiki Junmai Ginjo.
The balance of sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and spiciness is excellent, and the taste has a different depth.
It's not heavy, but the flavor is rich, and it's delicious!
