This sake is made from Tsuyuubakaze, the only suitable rice in Nara Prefecture.
It has a full-bodied ginjo aroma that is different from the soft ginjo aroma of a daiginjo made with Yamada-Nishiki.
It feels sweet on the palate, but has a firm aftertaste.
