He told us that when sake matures, it becomes beautiful and the quality of the sake becomes more beautiful, and that life is a perfect fermentation! We also got a lot of wise words ^ ^. And the food was also very luxurious, with Mama-san preparing a variety of Yamagata's mountain vegetables. I know it's too late to say this, but I have never had the opportunity to walk from Nihonbashi to Tsutenkaku Tower and Imamiya Ebisu in Osaka, so I took a stroll.
