It took five minutes to open the bottle, but it opened successfully. Yes, it is delicious. It has just the right amount of flavor, acidity, bitterness, and effervescence, making it a great toast!
However, I felt it was not a sake to drink all the time. The second half of the bottle became too strong, so I finished it halfway. I let it sit for a week and drank it again.
Delicious! It's a little mellower, but it's still fizzy and fresh👍.
