Hyakujuro Junmai Ginjo Autumn Cherry Blossom. It is a hiyaoroshi, a type of aged new sake "Sakura" shipped in spring, with a flowery aroma, refreshing mouthfeel, and moderate sweetness and umami. I see...so this is how it is supposed to be.
