Junmai Ginjo of summer. But not this summer, but one that had been sitting since last summer.
When opened, the bright acidity stands out, but after it settles down, the fruity ginjo aroma and refreshing bitterness come out in full force.
It is not light, but it has a round and pleasant taste, and it goes down very well. It is delicious.
