From the aroma, it has a very matured and grain-like taste.
I thought it was very peculiar, but when I put it in my mouth, all the sweetness disappeared and it was very dry!
The sweetness is all gone from the mouth and it's very dry!
It's nice that it finishes clean and crisp!
When I think of Kubo-Honke, I think of their "Nama Hashiroshi Dobu", but I was reminded that their sake is matured and dry!
