According to the liquor store I usually go to, the 300-day aged Hana-So-mi is a very rare one that is not available in quantity, and as usual, I am too weak for that kind of thing. The first day I bought it, I felt it was too heavy and put it away in the fridge, thinking it would be hard to drink in summer.... And then...! After being served sake at a local shrine's summer festival, I went home and faced it again. Huh? Delicious😊. The balance of umami and spiciness is better, as if the heavy feeling was a lie! I finished the drink with a gulp. I don't know if it's my physical condition or if the sake quality improves the next day, but as long as it's good, it doesn't matter. Thank you very much for your kindness 🍶.
