This small local Shizuoka brewery, run by a father and son, has many delicious sake🍶.
I was curious about it after seeing the brewery's installations. I'm glad it's still there😄.
A dobrok-like sake made by combining jun-dai, jun-gin, and junmai orizumi 🍶.
It has the sweetness of ori but is still sake. Delicious.
If you find it at a store, please buy it. It is a local sake brewery that I want to support.
