Dessert Jungin" is a new type of Japanese sake that is like a sweet dessert wine. It contains citric acid in abundance compared to conventional sake, creating a rich, fine balance of acidity and sweetness. This junmai ginjo-shu is made from luxurious "Akita Sake Komachi" with a 55% rice polishing ratio.
Today, this sake is a dessert-like sake to be enjoyed with a glass of wine. It has the perfect balance of sourness and sweetness!
We will enjoy it with strawberries, Chinese soup, small baskets, and Daifuku (rice cake) in style 🙂.
