On the first day of opening the bottle, I twisted my neck a bit, partly because of the image of the raw sake version. It tastes good, but I wonder if it is hardness. On the second day, the fruity taste becomes more pronounced, just like a Japanese pear. It's not too heavy, and it's easy to drink. It's also delicious enough to be cooked.
