Gifu Prefecture Hyakujuro Fruits - Lemon & White Grape
This is a lemon and white grape from Hyakujuro's Fruits series. It is a dry, sour sake with a refreshing taste, but it also has a strong umami and bitter taste. It's not my favorite sake, but it goes well with hot sake.
