Aroma and sweetness like honey of flowers.
It has a bit of minerality, so I gave it 4 stars.
The bitterness became stronger after 5 days of opening the bottle.
Alcohol content 13%.
Grape variety used: Omachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Special note: Ochigara-mi, light nigori
