Found at Okayama station. It looked delicious, so I took it for a room drink during my trip.
It smells like peaches.
It starts out apple-like, and although it is heavy, it leaves a dry aftertaste.
It has a peculiar aftertaste.
I wrote that it was "a bit like a peach," but it is delicious. I like it. I want to drink it again.
When I drank it at home later, I felt it was sweet because of its aroma, but it was also quite thick and heavy. I think it can be heated, but I would prefer it cold because of the aroma.
I don't know what other sake is made from Asahi rice, but Okayama is famous for Omachi, so I guess it must be a good place.
