The first sake I ever held in my hands.
Aihime Junmai Ginjo from Miharu Shuzo in Fukushima Prefecture.
It had a refreshing sweetness and an acidity that reminded me slightly of lychee.
Although it was a little out of my perfect taste, it was quite tasty.
Purchased at Japan Meat Yoshioka store.
