I was going to post this, but it didn't come up.
I looked up "kuyo masamune" on Google and found a few posts on "sake-no-wa", so I came here by the rough trick of entering from there 💪.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was calm and aromatic, like grapes.
The mouthfeel is thick with a wave of classical flavor that is typical of "Karo".
The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a beautiful sweet and sour flavor and juicy sensation, as if you had just eaten a grape.
There is also a mildly spicy astringency and lightness of gasiness, making it a brilliant yet delicious taste ✨.
'Koro-ro' x modern taste.
I rarely come across this bottle, but if I see it again, it's one I'd like to pick up!
