Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
Nose: Sweet peaches, rather strong!
Taste: A light Hinoki sweetness on the roof of the mouth. When you drink it, the rice flavor comes to you. The aftertaste is long. Not as long as the classics. Not as good as the classics, so drink a little less.
Warm and mellow. This is the one for me!
Typical ochre taste, just like the bottle and label!
