Gentle sweetness! It's soft and soothing!
Fukunoka, the second new saké rice in Fukushima Prefecture, has a reputation for being "easily melted and sweetened", so they were careful not to make it too sweet, and there are two versions of the saké, one made with care and not too sweet, and the other made normal and sweet! Such a fun episode, the brewery told us about it!
