Urasato is a new brand brewed by Chikara Urasato, the 6th generation brewer, using contract-grown Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stones) in a field near the brewery.
It has a gorgeous melon aroma, a slightly gassy mouthfeel, a hint of banana-like sweetness followed by juicy freshness, and finishes with a gleaming bitterness 😆 Overall, it is full of fruity sensations that are intoxicating!
