Takakiya華鷹 純米吟醸生酒
杉浦 智彦
Sake from Bungo-Ono, Oita, given to me by a junior colleague. It is brewed with rice called Oita Mitsui.
The aroma is very gorgeous. The mouthfeel is slightly viscous. The richness of the first sip rushes in, and the umami spreads quickly in the mouth. Two seconds later, it expands a little more and gradually fades away leaving a lingering taste. I think this may be the first time I have had a sake with such a strong first sip impact. It was delicious.
