しゃくやく
A limited edition sake made from Tamanae, a phantom sake rice from Yamagata Prefecture. Tamanae is a cross between Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki. Tamanae is the mother of sake future. It is named "Survival" in reference to the strong power of Tamanae to survive.
Sweet Ginjo aroma and heavy fruitiness that spreads on the tongue. Junmai Daiginjo, full of rich flavor. The roughness from the heaviness is reminiscent of a sense of survival.
It is recommended to be used with deep-flavored dishes and deep fried foods such as tempura because it is characterized by its dense flavor.
