I was attracted by the high level of perfection of last year's product, so of course I bought it again this year! The difference from last year is that the yeast is now #7.
The first day, it was served cold. The taste was less gaseous, but quite complex with a mixture of richness, weak gas, and spiciness. Even when lukewarm, the spiciness is not too much, and the flavor is more umami.
Day 7: Slightly sweeter, but still excellent!
Will be a repeat purchase next year!
