I found out about it through a senior colleague and bought it when I was allowed to visit the brewery.
The aroma is faintly of rice (after opening the bottle, I could smell a faint scent of green melon). It has a refreshing mouthfeel and a slight sweetness, with a rising aroma of sake. It has a relatively light bitterness.
As a foodie drink, it's X. I've been drinking a lot of sweet drinks, so this one is good from time to time. The remaining bitterness is less pronounced than in the Kumpu. But the flavor, or the aftertaste, is also light and refreshing. Is this kind of thing still a step ahead of the conforming rice?
