It is a very tasty sake with a high alcohol content. It had the feel of a ginjo. The specs are undisclosed, but it is believed to be junmai ginjo, and although the alcohol content is 19%, it has a softness like 16%. It is a very fine sake and the sake bottle is lovely. The drinking recommendations are also nice.
