I got this from Kijimadaira village in Nagano as a hometown tax payment. It is made from Kinmon Nishiki, a unique sake rice in Nagano.
It has strong sharpness, but it has strong flavor and aroma. It is a good sake which can be served with meat.
(By the way, the price of 900ml x 2 is 9,000 yen, which is very reasonable.)
