It has an elegant sweetness at first, but it is clear from there until you swallow it. This is a sake to be enjoyed while sitting on your seat. It says, "Please drink it chilled," but my sake cooler has been hit hard by the recent heat and has only dropped to about 15 degrees Celsius...
