So this time, when I saw Kuheiji's Oumachi
I brought it home with me😊.
I was surprised at the richness and roughness of the flavor
I was surprised at the rich and wild flavor 😆.
When served cold, the acidity is dominant,
but as it gets closer to room temperature, the umami gets stronger.
It is also delicious 😋.
