Yamakatsu
This is a Junmai-shu (Junmai sake) from San-Shouraku Shuzo, Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, Japan. I bought it as a souvenir from a business trip to Toyama. It is made from 100% rice grown in Toyama Prefecture, with a rice polishing ratio of 65%. It is a delicious sake with an aroma reminiscent of Yamahai and a strong flavor of rice. It is a sake that does not lose to strong flavored dishes, and the sake smell is really good in a good sense.
