This combination, unfiltered , crude, unduited, can lead only in a strong flavor.
I have to say that cold as soon as it comes out of the fridge it has a fairly strong acid presence, but at ambient temperature it becomes less esgy while maintaining all the characteristics of strong flavours.
Definitely worth the wait!
