TENBUçŽç±³åéž

It has been a long time since I have had "Tenpyo" as my second round of Kagoshima.
The Junmai we had before was better than expected, so this time we bought the Jungin type!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was refreshing and gorgeous, like an apple. It has a fruity ginjo aroma that will break your preconceived notion that Kagoshima is famous for shochu (distilled spirit).
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. It has a refreshing sweet flavor with hints of pear and apple.
Smooth sweetness with beautiful sake quality and fruity aroma. The taste is somewhat similar to that of "Saku".
I thought so when I drank the Junmai, but I was surprised to find it at a higher level than I had imagined!
There is a refreshing sweet aftertaste, like after eating an apple ð.
If Tenpyo is this good, I can't help but think that I'd like to try the other one, Satsushu Masamune, someday...!
