The aroma is less than I expected, and the taste is quite light, even with 13 degrees 😌.
I respect the technology of Shinsei to be able to make such a clear and uncluttered beer with 65% Kake rice 😊.
The slight bitterness in the aftertaste that you can feel in the ecru is probably from the wooden vat that Shinsei calls it🤔.
It's a great dessert wine to drink late at night, but it's getting harder and harder to pair with food 😅.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a great wine to drink with a meal.
(To begin with, it's better to taste this Shinsei with a light meal rather than a single item. I think that's a good idea😌)
