Sake I bought on my trip to Fukushima.
Delicious. It has a sour taste like yogurt.
I regretted pouring it into a tokkuri (sake cup) at the dinner table because it is so tasty.
I prefer it with cheese and nuts in the evening rather than as a food sake.
