I bought a bottle of my all-time favorite, Sasama Samune's Gohyakumangoku, because it was on sale.
The sake shop also recommended it for its high level of perfection.
When I drank it.
It has a gentle sweetness that is typical of Sasamasamune, and when you think the aftertaste has been cut off, you feel a slight bitterness.
You can feel the good points of Sasamasamune and Gohyakumangoku, the sake rice.
It was another delicious sake today.
