川鶴炙りいりこ酒
シカタロウ
Kawazuru the other day.
This is Mr. Kawazuru from Sanuki Kuraudai.
Ibukijima's Seared Iriko Sake.
I saw it for the first time.
Kagawa and the Seto Inland Sea are known for their iriko soup stock. Ibukijima is famous for its iriko.
I guess it's like a blowfish's fin sake. It is said to have won the Governor's Award and the Grand Prize in a prefectural products competition.
The color is quite dark, like mirin (sweet sake), and the soup is full of soup stock. The aroma of iriko is nice, but if you want to smell iriko, you can just use regular dashi. And it may not be at the level of fin sake.
But well, aside from the fact that it's delicious and tasty, I think it's a very wonderful initiative, just like Kawatsuru-san! I would like to support👍
