What rice is used?
Oyama-san is relatively easy to find, so I pretty much pass over it, but I was caught by the impact of the label and naming and took it home: ❣️
I had no idea what to expect, but it was gorgeous and clear on the palate.
The sweetness had fullness and depth.
I don't know if it was the blend or how it came out, but it has a complex combination of richness, bitterness, and acidity.
No, no, it is a very good looking sake. ‼️
