I went to a liquor store at the end of the year to buy some Nabeshima and found a Nichinichi I'd been eyeing for a while!
I was so excited😊.
It has a little bit of a schwarziness to it, and I love it so much. I proudly served it at a gathering of relatives. This time it was Yamadanishiki, but I think they have others, so I will go back to buy more.
