You might think it is Junmai-shu, but if you look closely, you will see that it is undiluted.
The aroma is gentle, with a hint of apple gentleness.
While the first touch spreads gently, there is a slight fizziness that is slightly tangy. The aftertaste is also very mellow and delicious. The quality is unbelievable for a Junmai sake. Well done!
