Kaiun純米 赤磐雄町

Omachi Doshin Jungin Shokunshu
A bottle purchased at Kawana Sake Brewery on a trip to Izu with Morimoto.
It has a ginjo aroma and a slight gasiness.
It has a dry, dry and crisp taste with a slight gassiness. However, it has the umami of Omachi and the fullness of weak acidity. 😋😋😋😋
This is Junmai Ginjo with a high degree of perfection. It is not a modern type.
It went great with dried blue fish and mirin pickles.
The aroma of the fruity sake is not so good with the food, but this Kaiun has a nice aroma, but it doesn't clash with the food.
This is a great Shizuoka sake!
