The sixth and final drink is Kamo Kanehide, which I wanted to drink.
The aroma is subdued. No gassiness. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and is also delicious.
I liked all the sakes I drank today. If I dare to choose the best one, I would say it is the Kakufuda Sake.
