Purchased at Ponshukan Echigo-Yuzawa station store. One of the purchase expeditions to Niigata. Stopped by after the sake tasting booth. The label and bottle are mantis-colored. According to the official explanation of the origin of the name, "Nommikiri" means to cut the "Numi" (stopper at the bottom of the tank) of the storage tank and serve the sake in order to check the degree of maturity and taste of the sake stored in the brewery by tasting it. The name "Nunmikiri Junmai" was chosen because it coincides with the "Mantissei" of the first 72 weather conditions of the 24th solar term "芒種" (芒種). The name "Mantis" means "praying mantis" in Japanese. The season when the praying mantis is born🍶 and so on. The aroma before the sip has a mild rice-derived aroma. In the mouth, the smooth quality of the sake has a sweetness, but the full-bodied flavor is very rich. The alcohol content is 16 degrees. In my opinion, it has a strong alcohol taste.
