Soon after, a sense of alcohol comes out and the astringent taste spreads. The finish is sharp with a medium aftertaste. A mellow sake.

The fermentable sugars in the unrefined sake are completely consumed by the yeast, which gives the sake a hard, robust flavor. We named it "Yama no Nemiru" (Mountain Sleep) because of its taste, which resembles the tranquil scene of a winter mountain.
