We had a new one from the Mimuro Sugi Bodaihashi series that we were curious about.
As expected of Mr. Imanishi, it is very carefully made and has a sweet and consistent taste.
It has a sweet and consistent taste, with the characteristic lactic acidity derived from lactobacillus.
I would like to have another Bodai Hashiroshi series with different rice.
