I bought a few bottles at a local sake store, and while I was checking out, the manager said, "This is the first Hououmida with carbonation! The store manager said to me, "Well, that too! I bought it without even looking at the price 😅! without even looking at the price😅
I have an impression that Hououmida is sweet and thick 😃.
Not Black Phoenix 🐦⬛, but White Phoenix 🐦🔥 with a round touch!
After I got home, I looked at the label on the back and saw that it was a Junmai Daiginjo brewed and squeezed with Goshinsui from Nikko (Nikko's Goddess of the Sun).
I thought this might be expensive, but when I looked at the receipt, I was surprised to see that it was surprisingly cheap 😳.
Pouring it into the sake cup, I was amazed at the bubbles 🫧!
More bubbles than the Kaze no Mori and as much as the Otter Sparling 🫧.
It's about the same amount of bubbles bubbles as a carbonated conscious sake!
Light on the palate, slightly sweet, and more of a sake to enjoy the carbonation from the rice fermentation than to taste 😄.
It's a refreshing summer sake. ☀️
